Core design area (sqft): 1500  
Material + Labour cost per sqft (bands):  
- Essential (A2‑A3): ₹1,500  
- Mid (A2+): ₹2,200  
- Premium (A1/A+): ₹3,500  

Indicative totals (material + labour):
- ₹22,50,000 (₹1,500 x 1500)
- ₹33,00,000 (₹2,200 x 1500)
- ₹52,50,000 (₹3,500 x 1500)

Designer fee awareness (separate): e.g., ₹2,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 depending on scope, team and brand.

## 2) Specification Sheet – What changes across bands

- Ceiling: from basic coves to layered + profiles
- Wall finishes: emulsion → accent textures/wallpaper
- Kitchen: BWR carcass → premium hardware and accessories
- Electrical: conventional → modular with dimmers/sensors
- Sanitary/CP: standard → premium brands
- Carpentry: basic laminates → higher end laminates/veneers
