# Commercial Project Pack – False Ceiling & Electrical Drawings (Reference)

This pack summarises common deliverables used in commercial interior projects so you can brief teams and clients clearly. Adapt specs/brands to your city and project.

## Contents
1) Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) – layout and levels
2) False Ceiling Layout – members & grids
3) Ceiling Elevations – sectional references
4) Ceiling Details – components & fixing
5) Electrical Looping Plan – switching logic
6) Lux/Lumen Table – per space lighting calc
7) SB Table – switchboards/sockets per space
8) Load Calculation – power load summary

---

## 1) Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP)
- Show gypsum grid, levels (e.g., +2.450 m from FFL), cove profiles, and soffits
- Indicate tile sizes/panels (e.g., 1200×2400 mm gypsum board)
- Include key plan with north and scale (e.g., 1:100)

## 2) False Ceiling Layout
- Display main beam, perimeter channel, intermediate channel
- Typical members: GI perimeter channel, ceiling section, cross‑tees
- Separate ground floor vs mezzanine layout if applicable

## 3) Ceiling Elevations
- Sections showing heights, service voids, and lighting troughs
- Enlarged details for grid/cove junctions

## 4) Ceiling Details (Fixing)
- Steps: hanger position → main runners → cross tees → board fixing
- Callouts: gypsum board 12/18 mm; grid members; fasteners; insulation (if used)
- Include enlarged detail at scale (e.g., 1:10) and plan at 1:50

## 5) Electrical Looping Plan
- Switching logic and circuit paths per room/zone
- Use device codes consistently (e.g., SB1, SB2…)
- Provide GF, MF (or level‑wise) plans with symbol legend

## 6) Lux/Lumen Table (Template)
See [/resources/commercial_lux_lumen.csv](/resources/commercial_lux_lumen.csv) for an editable sheet.
- Inputs: area (sqm), target lux per room, lumen per fixture, no. of fixtures
- Derived: area × lux = lumens; lumens ÷ lumen/fixture = fixtures

## 7) Switchboard (SB) Schedule
See [/resources/commercial_sb_schedule.csv](/resources/commercial_sb_schedule.csv) for an editable sheet.
- Per space: ceiling points, wall points, fan, 5/15A switch/socket counts, tel/data
- Remarks for UPS/critical loads

## 8) Load Calculation
See [/resources/commercial_load_calc.csv](/resources/commercial_load_calc.csv) for an editable sheet.
- Summarise equipment, quantity, wattage; auto‑sum total lighting load, total power load, total load
- Add a conclusion: e.g., three‑phase connection required

---

## Good Practice
- Maintain consistent scales (1:100 layout, 1:50 detail, 1:10 enlarged)
- Include brand‑agnostic specs in drawings; add FFM separately if needed
- Cross‑check cable sizing, MCB rating and UPS mapping with the electrical vendor

## Disclaimer
This pack is a generic reference derived from sample drawings. Validate all values and specifications with your consultant/vendor and the project’s local codes.
