2) Fill planned start/end dates and priority; update status as work moves  
3) Assign responsible vendor/contractor and add dependency notes  
4) Use [/resources/site_progress_qc.csv](/resources/site_progress_qc.csv) to manage material/quality/client approvals and inspections  
5) Review both sheets daily and log issues and follow‑ups
